On the morning of October 20th, a workshop was held in the conference room on the seventh floor of the Engineering Training Center to develop the teaching outline for the 2022 version of the engineering training course. The meeting was chaired by Liu Peng, Deputy Director of the Engineering Training Center and Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The heads of various offices and training departments of the Engineering Training Center, as well as relevant teachers, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Liu Peng affirmed the achievements of the center in the past year and pointed out the problems faced by the center's teaching work. He demanded that the center quickly break free from the old system constraints associated with the internship factory, make teaching work the main line of the center's work, and better serve all teachers and students in the school. I hope that all the faculty and staff of the center can truly achieve the goals of "having emotions, cultivating atmosphere, and understanding rules", recognize the responsibilities of teachers in achieving student training goals, and create a positive, united, harmonious, and upright environment.

Liu Peng has put forward overall requirements for the formulation of the new curriculum teaching outline. He proposed that the teaching syllabus is a guiding document for central teaching, and the new version of the curriculum should make significant reforms in how to better serve the construction of the "four new", achieve modular course selection, and integrate competition and training. The heads of various departments and teachers attending the meeting, based on their own teaching experience, had a lively discussion on the formulation of the new curriculum outline. Finally, Liu Peng expresses sincere gratitude to everyone for their hard work and hopes that everyone can quickly implement the development of the new curriculum teaching outline and actively provide support for engineering training and teaching services.
